Mainstream Fiction Novels
Public Group active 4 days, 21 hours ago agoIf your novel cannot be marketed in any other genre, or if it does not go by the conventions held by any genre of fiction it is probably mainstream. It’s the stuff of ordinary life as experienced by us all; it‘s a story tellers story. The usual length of mainstream novels is anywhere from 70,000- 100,000 words.

Hi anybody out there? There doesn’t seem to be many members in this as in the others. How do I find a critique partner when it looks as though it’s been long time since anyone has posted here?

I’m starting an online university class tomorrow, so I don’t know how much time I will have, but I will give it a look. Here is my email address:…[Read more]

My story is a romance except that the heroine has a mid life crisis of sorts and has an affair . I’ve been told that excludes it from the romance category. Anyone know?
