Do you finishing writing the entire novel before writing a query or trying to pick up an editor and publisher? WHERE CAN I FIND AN EDITOR that will not critique, but seriously edit.

Talk to some authors that have done independent publishing. I know of a couple.Kara Malinczak. Her site is “Great Imaginations”
Houck editing is another.
And Scott Morgan. I think his site is called “The Write Hook.”
