I am in the early stages of an queer activism handbook that seeks to broaden the conversation around the “LGBT movement” by discussing some of the issues of concern to queer people of all races, abilities, and backgrounds and then offering exercises that help develop this approach. It will be targeted both at LGBT activists and organizers and at activists/organizers in other areas. I’m also trying to pitch more articles to paying publications (as opposed to blogs), and so I could definitely use some fresh eyes on my pitches. Those are usually related to current events, queer issues, feminism, and/or human rights. |

| More About Me |
I am 26, live in Baltimore and work in DC. I’m a queer radical feminist with a law degree and a job in the non-profit sector. I’m passionate about human rights, feminism, queer issues, gender and sexuality, poverty, and radical policy change. I’ve been blogging for about five years now, and always been a writer in some capacity. When it comes to writing, non-fiction and journalism are my passions. |
