| I'm currently writing... |
I’m currently revising a completed young adult fantasy novel based on the Hans Christian Anderson version of The Little Mermaid. This is the first in a series inspired by fairy tales (the second book will feature Rapunzel). My book definitely falls in the realm of older YA as far as the level of sexuality and violence goes, though I’m evaluating fairly conservatively (based on where the series may potentially go, not necessarily what is included in the first book). |

| More About Me |
Like most aspiring writers, I am a reading fanatic. I attended the Denver Publishing Institute in 2010, and currently work in the subsidiary rights department at a university press, so I know a little about the insides of the publishing business. When I’m not writing or reading, I can be found playing soccer, singing in a choir, trying out new recipes (to varying degrees of success), or playing far too many rounds of cribbage. |
