This isn’t quite what you’re looking for, but I thought I’d throw some resources out there.

I liked the page below about writing with dialect in general.

As far as translations, I’ve found Google to be rather helpful:

One of my favorite authors, Diana Gabaldon, uses several different accents in her work, including Irish, and it remains easy to read. You might consider perusing one of her books. Most of them are Scottish, but there are a few Irish characters sprinkled in.

I haven’t looked for popular phrases so I have nothing to offer on that end of the spectrum.
