Have recently joined your website and been skimming through random forum postings. The author’s advice about taking time out for yourself every day makes so much sense. I have gone on for days completing ignoring the little signals my body was sending me to slow down. Somehow it felt wrong to take a walk or give myself a quick manic/pedi at home when there was so much to be done. Needless to say I ended up spending insane hours thinking I was working but with very little results. Then one day my friends did an intervention and made me see how it was doing no one any good. I take an hour out for myself every day now no matter what and you know … it’s not that difficult.
